Its in the Little things!

Happiness is a gift, its not really measured by the amount of money we have or the level of popularity. It is to be found in the little things that we take for granted every single day. From waking up in the morning,the peaceful fajr prayer,the little fruitfull conversations with your parents, bunking physics classes with your friends who wont judge you for your craziness,having a blissfull "Me-time" writing poems and stories all night having your earphones on with your favourite songs playing,cooking up your comfort meal,mac and cheese in my case at late night!

These are seriously the things to die for,you will only realise its true value when you don't even have the peacefull state of mind to fully enjoy your brakefast,or struggle each day to force you to go to bed. Teenagers live queit a hectic life, ATLEAST IN THEIR HEAD!! 

With all the pressure from life,trying to be balanced with everything else is quiet a challenge. it becomes even more difficult and almost torchorous when your HORMONES ARE PLAYING UP!!

Personally being a very naughty student in class,i never trully understood the value of all the memories and the wonderfull experiances in school that i made!

Thank god! I wasn't a student who spent all my time digging my books!

You can really balance life having fun but still being intellectual as well! I certainly did!

but sometimes its not the case!

I realised that when i coudnt laugh as hard as i used to,or spend a day without crying atleast once!

Everything started seeming so blurry and my mind was always clouded with many many thoughts that was almost rulling me!

I got anxious easily! i coudnt talk wisely,all i did was blabber! 

I felt very empty inside and was in the state of a walking zombie where i had no energy at all!

Thats when i really realised! how valuable life is! Happiness is definetly not something to be taken granted for! Its a gift! its not something that comes from splurging on something you love!
but it is something deeper than that!
it comes when you start exercising gratitiude.
It requires 3 ingredients:
People to love and care for!
Do something that we are passionate about!
and Hope!
