Self care habits that have Changed my life for the better🌸
1.Being Creatively Active
I have many hobbies, writing, painting, photography, and many other things,
Although I love writing the most.
Being able to quench my creative thirst almost every single day is a blessing, I must say.
and that is possible mainly because I try to make some time to myself to do things I absolutely love no matter what.
It always keeps my mood uplifted and positive.
And trust me, it’s always better to try new hobbies and spent time creatively rather than wasting hours and hours of time in social media.
2.Using A Planner
I am an extremely planned and an organized person, I would be aware of the things I would do even 2 weeks from now,
and that is possible only because of my planner, TRUST ME when I say this,
using a planner where I set up goals each day has changed my life drastically.
I had time to do things that I never thought I could, i ended up being more productive, and achieved so many of my goals sooner than I thought, and most importantly, I was able to achieve a much calmer and a clear mind.
3.My Stuffed Animal: Popsey Caterpillar
YES! I sleep with a stuffed animal and I am not ashamed of it, This little furry thing, has saved me in the most vulnerable situations of life,
It’s my stress ball, and there is nothing like hugging popsey after a tiring and a hard day.
And trust me, no matter how cruel or selfish the world might seem,
You have a forever friend when you have a stuffed animal.
4.Taking good care of My Skin:
I am definitely more of a skincare person than a makeup person, I truly believe in investing in the canvas more than the paints.
Skincare and trying new masks and remedies has almost become a hobby for me.
I absolutely love trying out new things and looking at the after effect makes me overjoyed.
