Self care habits that have Changed my life for the better🌸

1.Being Creatively Active I have many hobbies, writing, painting, photography, and many other things, Although I love writing the most. Being able to quench my creative thirst almost every single day is a blessing, I must say. and that is possible mainly because I try to make some time to myself to do things I absolutely love no matter what. It always keeps my mood uplifted and positive. And trust me, it’s always better to try new hobbies and spent time creatively rather than wasting hours and hours of time in social media. 2.Using A Planner I am an extremely planned and an organized person, I would be aware of the things I would do even 2 weeks from now, and that is possible only because of my planner, TRUST ME when I say this, using a planner where I set up goals each day has changed my life drastically.
